Scar Tissue by Anthony Kiedis

This is one I don't recommend. Anthony Kiedis is a lifelong jackass. And a privileged one at that. Abusive of women, friends, his bandmates and, of course, drugs. I read all the way through hoping for a redeemable quality or epiphany.

There were none.

It's not entirely his fault, for sure. His father was a Hollywood hangers-on and supplier of drugs to various actors and musicians.

I still appreciate the artistry of Anthony Kiedis, though, and that of the band.
